Welcome to my little piece of the World Wide Web. I'm not a Celebrity Gossip, or a Political Enthusiast. I'm just an opinionated Chic who works a nine to five, and busts my ass to raise my children right, while still finding time to enjoy some personal pursuits.
I crave knowledge and I'm blessed to lead a very versatile and interesting life. Therefore my Blog will contain some of this and some of that. I love to travel, I love fine dining, fashion, literature, fast powerful vehicles, personal fitness, finance, and politics among other things. I have a love affair with adventure and thoroughly enjoy each new experience, each new challenge.
I was recently asked to facilitate a Column for Stunt'N Magazine. Yeah, the one based out of Atlanta and created by Skip of The James Gang. One of my many interests has always been Motorcycles. My father was a rider, and I had my first experience on the back of a bike when I was just in kindergarten. He picked me up from school, telling me he had a suprise...I'm thinking he finally got me that Cabbage Patch doll I'd been beggin for. NOPE. He had his bike sitting outside in front of the school and handed me a helmet. I remember feeling scared as shit but happy as hell...That began my lifelong infatuation with Motorcycles and Cars. At 24 I got tired of being on the back of the bike and took some classes with Rider Education of New Jersey at their Brookdale NJ location to get the motorcycle endorsement on my license.
By the way, today is April 15th. I hope everyone has their taxes filed before 11:59pm. This is the first year in about 4 years that I've filed mine in a timely fashion. I usually owe somebody some how, so I figure what's the rush??
